Richenthal Foundation

About the Foundation

The Richenthal Foundation was created in 1961 by Arthur and Vivian Richenthal as a private fund to contribute to charitable entities qualifying under the applicable laws and regulations of the IRS.

The Richenthal Foundation focuses on grants to performing arts organizations including theatre, dance, and music —primarily in New York City. It also provides support to a variety of other activities including, but not limited to, education, health, sustainability, and social causes.
